Clinic Policies for Our Clients

Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases receive top priority, followed by our patients with scheduled appointments.

  

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Medicard, debit and cash.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, please have all dogs on a leash, or in an appropriate carrier and keep them properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats should be brought for their appointment in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

All large animals are to remain in the trailer until the veterinarian is ready to examine them.

If your pet is very excitable in the clinic or does not get along well with other animals, please have your pet wait in the vehicle while you report in with the receptionist.

  

Patient Release Policy 

  

Pets in for a day surgery/procedure are released between 4 and 5:30pm. We would ask that you pick up your pet by 5:15pm in order for us to have time to complete any paperwork and answer any questions you may have.

  

For overnight pets we ask that you not pick them up before 10am so that we can have your pet fed and ready to go. This also gives us an opportunity to have your bill prepared so you won't have to wait, and also allows the veterinarian to examine your pet to be sure he or she is ready to go.


If you need an earlier or later release time due to special circumstances, please call and discuss this with the veterinarian.
